Oxlley is a multifamily development in Edmond, Oklahoma. In the late 1880’s, Mile Marker 103, now known as Edmond, OK, was a coal and watering stop on the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway line. Oxlley’s architecture and design is inspired by the hard-working coal cars mixed with the past-era of luxury cross-country train travel. Oxlley’s design, conveniences and interiors were meant to reflect the same, a bit of industry mixed with a touch of luxury. This project for Milhaus, the development company, included: Naming, Identity, Collateral and Brand Standards.
