LIFT is American Airlines’ new wellness program. LIFT exists to help their 100,000+ employees find the boost they need to become more physically, mentally and emotionally resilient and therefore more successful in their jobs. We paired up with the AA Wellness team to create a new internal campaign, a program support presentation and a website to deliver all things health.
